How to order ?
Please send us your purchase order by Email or we can make you proforma invoice under your request.
We need to know the following information for your order before sending you PI.
1)Product information-Quantity,Specification(Size,Material,Technological if needed and Packing requirements etc.
2)Delivery time required.
3)Shipping information-Company name,Street address,Phone&Fax number,Destination sea port.
4)Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.
5)We currently support air freight, sea freight, and express delivery. For express delivery, we usually use FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
How fast is the delivery?
1）For tents ，usually 5-10 days；
2）For furniture，usually 3-5 days.
3）For customized or new products ，about 10- 15 day
What art file should you provide, could you help on the design?
Standard art files is vector format like .eps, .ai or .pdf. If you have non-vector format like .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, please make sure the resolution is high enough. We also have designer can help you to create your own art.
